G-Fit Bootcamp
Our G-Fit Boot Camp is very fun and effective. Each class is designed to keep you challenged, while having fun. We go over everything from body alignment to kettlebell techniques. Expect to be jumping, swinging kettlebells, moving ropes, and pulling your body weight in a very structured yet challenging manner.
The main focus of our Boot Camp is progression. We want to make sure your sweat and hard work is paying off not only in the mirror but in functional fitness as well. That is why we call it the Boot Camp Challenge. Over the course of your Boot Camp experience we will throw random challenges at you that you must perform in your best time. We record your time then down the road rechallenge you in hopes that you can beat your previous time.
Bootcamp is offered in 8 or 10 week sessions requiring registration and pre-payment. G-Fit Boot Camps are progressive each week becomes more challenging as your fitness level increases. Your progress is tested along the way and recorded. Boot camps change from session to session, to keep your body challenged. Program is appropriate for most fitness levels.

Bridal Bootcamp
We offer Bridal Bootcamps for the whole bridal party in order to get you and your loved ones in the best shape for the big day. This program is appointment based, YOU choose the days and times.
