CREATE YOUR OWN BOOT CAMP
If you can round up a group of (8 or more) your friends, we can organize a custom (private) boot camp on the date/times that fit your schedules best.
Our custom bootcamps are tough and effective. Each class is designed to keep you challenged, all while having fun and getting fit. We go over everything from body alignment to kettlebell techniques. Expect to be jumping, swinging kettlebells, moving ropes, and pulling your body weight in a very structured yet challenging manner.
The main focus of our boot camp is progression. We want to make sure your sweat and hard work is paying off not only in the mirror but in functional fitness as well. We will be sure to throw in some random challenges along the way and you will have to perform these challenges in your best time. We will record your time and then down the road rechallenge you in hopes that you’ll beat your previous time.
Boot camp is offered in 8 or 10 week sessions requiring registration and pre-payment. Our boot camps are progressive meaning each week becomes more challenging as your fitness level increases. Your progress is tested along the way and recorded. Boot camps vary from session to session, to keep your body challenged. Program is appropriate for most fitness levels. Questions? Feel free to ask!
