Are you wondering what this G-Fit thing is all about?
Let us break it down for you. Firstly, the “G” is for Goldsmith (our family name) and it also represents the style of training we integrate into our workouts. Secondly, “Fit” is what you become after you complete your bootcamp!
We never said it would be easy…
WARNING: This is not your cliche bootcamp! We are not wannabe military instructors hollering in your face and we will never push you to a point that is not within your abilities. Our training/teaching approach is much cleaner, more professional and a lot more fun.
At our bootcamp you are allowed to be YOU, but don’t be fooled this is not your walk in the park class either. You will be held accountable and you will need to be committed to show up on time and challenge yourself. You will need to meet specific challenges and bring that inner fearlessness out of you. Sound tough? Good!
We’re focused on helping you achieve your goals…
We like to focus on a few specific things during our bootcamps. Progression, proper body alignment, correct form, and RESULTS. We do not plan for you to look the same at the end of this camp. If you follow our advice and you show up to challenge yourself, you WILL see changes for the better. Are you ready to make the commitment to yourself?
Bootcamp is offered in 8, 10, or 12 week sessions requiring registration and pre-payment. Boot camps change from session to session, to keep your body challenged. Program is appropriate for most fitness levels.
